Fringe and House Boost Fox Viewers & Rankings
On Tuesday a large number of views and great ratings for both Fringe and House helped to lift Fox to number one in a targeted demographic, though neither show took away the highest viewers of the night. The good news however is that both the Fringe TV Series as well as House did lead in viewers during their time slots. House was viewed by an impressive 12.7 million, while Fringe brought in just over 10 million viewers. Overall because of this, CBS was Tuesdays highest viewed TV network as Fox trailed behind. It is clear that CBS got their most viewers from “NCIS” (17.2 million), a crime show and their newest arrival “The Mentalist” which sported 15.3 million. ABC ended in 3rd and NBC was ranked 4th majority in thanks to its show Law & Order: Special Victims Unit.
