Fringe s01e05 - Power Hungry Promo Video

Posted by Tommy On October - 5 - 2008

From the looks of it the preview for Fringe Episode 5 Power Hungry features at very least a man or a handful or people who have various powers, such as the ability to shoot out electricity. Also revealed is an elevator crashing many stories and it is said that it was done on purpose. The question of what John Scott was doing alive at the conclusion of episode 4 looks like it will at least be partially answered this episode.

Power Hungry looks to be a very thrilling episode with JJ Abrams again throwing in a multitude of new elements on to the table leaving everyone asking questions.

Fringe Season 1 Episode 5 Power Hungry is set to air on Fox at 9:00 pm ET on Tuesday October 14th, don’t forget to tune in, and as always if you miss an episode you can go ahead and watch it online at the Fringe Episode DOWNLOAD Page.

REMINDER: Season 1 Episode 1 “Pilot” - Sept. 9th

Posted by Tommy On September - 9 - 2008

Episode 1×01 “Pilot” will be airing at 8:00 p.m. EST on Tuesday, September 8th.

“In a nutshell, the pilot follows Fed agent Olivia Dunham (Anna Torv) as she investigates a bizarre apparent terrorist attack on a plane. When one of her colleagues becomes infected by whatever was behind the massacre on that jet, Dunham takes drastic action to save his life – and for that she needs screwed-up child prodigy Peter Bishop (Joshua Jackson) to get his estranged, mad scientist father Walter (John Noble) out of an institution.

The pilot really is a rollercoaster ride, full of action, double-crossings, great dialogue and the troubled father-son relationships we’ve seen in Lost. If the full-length series can keep up this momentum, we’re going to be very happy bunnies indeed.”

Fox Fringe Scifi TV Show Preview

Posted by Tommy On September - 8 - 2008

Crowd-pleasing JJ Abrams, cocreator of Lost, helped brainstorm this big-budget paranormal-slash-conspiracy series, and it shows. The intrigue starts with FBI agent Olivia Dunham (Aussie newcomer Anna Torv) and her partner/love (Boston Public’s Mark Valley) investigating a bizarrely horrific plane crash. After he is infected while following a lead, Olivia seeks clues to save him — and opens the door to a world of highly guarded knowledge. Helping her: a dotty genius (John Noble) and his son (Dawson’s Creek’s Joshua Jackson, initially stiff in his TV return). To say that the opener’s last few minutes threaten to overcomplicate things would be nitpicking: Thanks to stupendous twists, brainy wit and instantly gripping characters, Fringe is bound to be a thrilling ride. And with Torv, it mints a major talent. She bristles with quiet intensity and palpable curiosity.
